Clients will receive an e-mail with the link to download edited images. Additional edits and mobile app gallery may be purchased for a fee.

Only edited images will be released to the client. No RAW/unedited images will be released under any circumstances.

A $25 non-refundable retaining fee is due at the time of booking for regular sessions; a $50 non-refundable retaining fee is due at the time of booking for special bookings (ie-wedding, newborn, etc). Failure to pay retaining fee may result in forfeiture of booking time. Payments may be made in person or via Facebook or PayPal.

Travel to a location further than 15 miles from Copperhead Photography's home base, will incur a travel fee of $25 for 60 miles or less, $50 for 60 miles to 120 miles, $75 for 120 miles to 200 miles, and $100 plus boarding for anything over 200 miles.
